Kimberly opened Stepping Starz in 2016 because she saw a need for flexible child care that prioritized individual families needs. She wanted families to only pay for what they needed, unlike most daycares that require monthly and full-time commitments. Stepping Starz prides ourselves on our unique set up which allows families to enroll full-time, part-time and hourly, as well as allowing for weekly payment to best fit each family's budget. Kimberly loves building relationships with the children and being able to be a part of their lives, watching them grow and learn.

She has two children of her own and she chooses to work in childcare because she is devoted to creating a safe spot for all children to learn and play. Taylor has a passion for teaching young minds and watching their smiles when accomplishing something new. Her favorite part of her time at Stepping Starz is creating bonds with all the children throughout the years. She says, "There is really nothing like it."

Destini (Lead Infant)
Destini has been apart of our team since 2020. She is our full-time Lead Infant teacher. Destini chose a career in child care because of her love of being able to help kids learn skills and knowledge they will use for the rest of their lives. Her favorite part of her time with Stepping Starz is seeing the children as babies and watching them learn and grow into their adorable personalities.

Amber has been apart of our team since 2019.
She is our full-time Lead Toddler teacher. Amber's love for kids and working in child care goes back to her teen babysitting years. She has worked with all age groups at Stepping Starz, but she especially enjoys working with our 2 and 3 year olds. Amber enjoys being able to see the kids grow and learn new things every day.
