Taylor is our Facility Administrator and Owner and she assists teachers in each room. Taylor has been with us from the beginning! She took over as owner in August,2025. She has two children of her own and she chooses to work in childcare because she is devoted to creating a safe spot for all children to learn and play. Taylor has a passion for teaching young minds and watching their smiles when accomplishing something new. Her favorite part of her time at Stepping Starz is creating bonds with all the children throughout the years. She says, "There is really nothing like it."

Destini has been apart of our team since 2020. She is our full-time Lead Infant teacher. Destini chose a career in child care because of her love of being able to help kids learn skills and knowledge they will use for the rest of their lives. Her favorite part of her time with Stepping Starz is seeing the children as babies and watching them learn and grow into their adorable personalities.
